All good changes and strong cultures have to start with management buying into the process. Here at D.E.N we have a Managers Workshop that includes the Champion Workshop but goes into more detail as to the role you play in managing a team that embraces neurodiverse differences. This workshop can be delivered face to face or online and will last approximately 8 hours.
