What’s included
Two Neurodiverse specialist consultants to observe and compile observations over a two-day period to feed into the overall ND strategy for Neurodiversity acceptance for your organisation.

The face-to-face days will involve detailed assessments on all aspects of the organisations environment(s).
Observations of engagement and a full sensory assessment of the environment(s).
Interactive conversations with management and employees to establish the strengths of the organisation.
Written feedback on all observations, highlighting the strengths as well as giving reflective points that can be adapted internally by your organisation or outsourced to Thrive.
The findings of the two days will also be used to ensure that the current neurodiversity training offered by Thrive is more tailored to cover your organisations own unique set of needs and requirements.
We believe that we are creating tailored attention to detail when creating a training program that will save money in recruitment costs in the future.

Workshop Overview
Over two days (Multiple sites if appropriate/required) Two members of the Thrive Neurodiversity support team will observe the environment and experience the culture of the company.
During these two days, the team will look at the following areas:
Provision/ Strategy
What is already in place that is working well for staff.
How clear is the structure of the workday.
What policies are in place to support neurodiverse individuals – Are they implemented correctly?
Are there hidden rules or expectations within the business?
Is the current communication culture meeting the needs of all staff?
The onboarding process for new staff.
Resistance To Change
What is in place to support those who find change a challenge.
Is there consistency within the company.
Social Awareness
Accommodations that make social interactions accessible.
Clear guidelines on appropriate social interactions.
Clear expectation of conduct and behaviour.
Learning/working environment.
Organised to support appropriate workflows.
Are sensory needs being catered for.
Regulation accommodations in place.
Meeting the needs of various neurodiverse conditions.

We will also talk to staff and use confidential anonymous questionnaires to get a deep understanding of the company’s culture of supporting and meeting the needs of neurodiverse employees.
Final Assessment
After the two-day observation has concluded, the team will provide a detailed report showing where best practice is currently happening, along with solutions for immediate quick wins, as well as highlighting gaps that can be closed with our training solutions. This report will then be used to create a bespoke training package that uses real examples from your own business, making the training more relatable to increase engagement and culture development.
